OUR FOUNDER
Makayla Austin

I started creating online in 2016 with plans to become a model. What I found was a love for everything that happened behind the scenes: the ideas, the storytelling, and figuring out what makes people stop, connect, and care.

Since then, I’ve built my own community, partnered with brands as a creator, and led social media strategy as a marketing director. Working on both sides has taught me how to bring creative ideas and business goals together, while keeping the personality that makes a brand worth following.

I built HEIR because I love helping people see the possibilities in what they’re creating. You know your business inside and out. My job is to take that knowledge, give it creative direction, and turn it into content and a presence you’re proud to share.

As your creative partner, I lead the strategy and creative direction behind every project. We’ll work closely together, from the first conversation to the finishing details, to make sure everything feels like your brand and serves a purpose.
